Bookkeeping and Records
Our software keeps records on all correspondence with tenants from the minute they apply to the minute they vacate. You can rest assured if any problems arise we’ve got the records to back you up.
Security Deposit Reconciliation
We handle tenant’s security deposit reconciliations to make sure tenants are appropriately charged for damages as well as have their deposit returned well within the time frame (21 days).
Marketing
Your property will be advertised on all major rental platforms once it’s rent- ready. We will make sure prospective tenants see your unit which helps to minimize days on market.
Evictions
In the event your tenant has to be evicted, we have a trusted eviction company we work with. We will handle all paperwork for you and should we need to appear in court, we will do that for you as well!
Coordinate Repairs to Re-rent
When a property is vacated, there may be some repairs needed. Whether is a standard cleaning or more in depth repairs, we are here to coordinate and supervise to make sure everything is completed in a timely manner.
Lease Creation and Execution
Tenants sign their lease with our management company, We will make sure all paperwork is collected and signed prior to their move in.
Move In/ Move Out Inspections
We will complete move in and move out inspections with each tenant. This ensures that upon their move out there is no confusion or questions regarding property condition or tenant security deposit deductions.
Property Inspections
We do yearly inspections of all properties, as well as periodic exterior only inspections. We are committed to making sure your property is taken care of.
